Regarding titles - any intuition regarding how hiring managers view differences between titles? My title is HF Engineer, and it seems like a mixed-bag whether recruiters and non-UX folks in charge of hiring are able to connect my title to more popular choices (UX researcher, user researcher), though role is largely the same.
This is a highly relevant and very interesting articles for UXRs. I’m looking forward to seeing how the market evolves over time (right now things aren’t looking too bright).
